Ever been cut off by a self-centered driver or angered by someone bringing too many items into the express lane at the grocery store, and thought "this jerk needs to suffer"? You're certainly not alone. But there's someone out there who is taking care of it for all of us without the stomach to punish those who deserve it. He doesn't wear a cape or a badge. You've never heard his name, and you never will. But he's out there, eliminating the bullies, the self-centered and the just plain terrible one by one.
